A former senior partner and head of litigation and dispute resolution at a high-profile international law firm in Bangkok, he has well over a decade of experience in a busy international Thai practice.
A highly skilled advocate, communicator, negotiator and mediator, he frequently deals with high-value, complex multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation and dispute resolution and, in conjunction with his Thai colleagues, regularly advises both private and corporate clients and legal professionals in jurisdictions worldwide on questions of Thai law and the effective conduct of cross-border proceedings.
